Georgie was appointed Chief People Officer in January 2025 with nearly 30 years’ experience as a global leader.
Since joining Rio Tinto in 2008, Georgie has held diverse HR leadership roles in various product groups and at the Group level.
Prior to this, she served as Chief Operating Officer, People, leading the function’s transformation agenda.
