We strongly support open dialogue about workplace experiences and recognise the importance of employees being able to share their experiences. We recognise that sharing experiences can be important for impacted people and the community. It also provides an opportunity for us to learn.

We will not enter into, or enforce, historic confidentiality terms that may prevent impacted people from discussing their personal experiences of sexual harassment while working with the company. When people seek clarity about their right to speak out, we provide guidance. There are several examples where people have courageously shared their stories publicly and were not prevented from doing so.

We maintain confidentiality of specific sensitive details such as financial matters and do not comment publicly on individual agreements or circumstances. Where people specifically request privacy, we respect that choice.
