We certainly aim to be a leader and The way we work is a visible sign that we are setting very high standards for ourselves. In this connection it was, to my mind, most encouraging that in a recent employee survey conducted at our headquarters in London by our Human Resources Department, the vast majority gave top marks to Rio Tinto for doing things right and doing things ethically, saying that they were proud to work for a company that gives priority to the principles and values they also share.
