Rio Tinto Graduate Programme
During the two-year graduate programme, you will participate in the Graduate Excellence Path (GEP). The GEP is a specially designed learning journey, aimed to set you up for success in your career at Rio Tinto.
The learning activities in the path are intended to:
accelerate personal and professional growth
- align with our business strategy
- provide additional resources for role-specific development
During your two years as a graduate, you will participate in:
individual coaching and mentoring sessions
- online learning sessions with your peers
- regional face to face summits where you will meet inspiring people
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from world-class online learning materials and other resources selected for graduates by Rio Tinto experts to support role-specific, on the job development.
