Sulphuric acid

Kennecott Utah Copper produces around one million tons of sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄ ) each year, as a by product of its copper smelting process. We sell 93 per cent and 98 per cent sulphuric acid. Delivery is made in 100-tonne capacity railcars and 24-tonne or 35-tonne capacity trucks to customers throughout the United States.
