Speak-OUT
We are committed to ensuring that transparency in how we work is part of our everyday work ethic at our operations. For this reason, we introduced Speak-OUT, a confidential, free telephone line for our people to bring their concerns to the attention of senior management.
Our employees use Speak-OUT when they want to express a concern about a procedural violation, a potential environmental or regulatory issue or a possibly fraudulent activity. And it can also be used to forward an idea that could contribute towards our company's business success.
How Speak-OUT works
Speak-OUT is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the calls are dealt with by independent, trained interviewers. The call handlers than pass on the details of the issue, in confidence, to two delegated managers and every month, summaries of the calls are forwarded higher up the management chain.
The caller is kept informed of any progress made or action taken as a result of their call to Speak-OUT. No burden of proof is required from the caller and discrimination against them is not tolerated.
