Being open and transparent is a key part of the way Rio Tinto operates.
Rio Tinto voluntarily provides detailed financial, operational, social and environmental performance data in a number of publications.
We also make financial results widely available, and give presentations and seminars on strategy.
We seek and welcome constructive criticism. Internally a whistle-blower service called Speak-OUT is available to all employees to communicate concerns about any aspect of Rio Tinto's business or the behaviour of individuals. Speak-OUT is independent, confidential and available in all languages spoken across the Rio Tinto Group.
