We're committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees where their rights and dignity are respected. We set out to build enduring relationships with our neighbours that demonstrate mutual respect, active partnership, and long term commitment. In the long run, the trust that is engendered by these solid relationships will reinforce our ability to gain preferential access to resources.

We have developed and implemented a number of practical management programmes in line with our health, safety, employment and communities policies and standards. We continually review and improve our management systems and internal controls to be sure they are fit for purpose and that they are being consistently implemented by all our operations. We have engaged an independent external organisation to provide assurance on selected sustainable development subject matter.
