A road map for investors has been prepared, citing typical questions asked and indicating where in the Group's web based public reports the answers can be found. This has been sent to all Rio Tinto's fund managers (shareholders) and is on the investor relations website.

In 2002 and 2003, Rio Tinto also held seminars on CSR with its institutional shareholders in London and Sydney.
