Computershare Investor Services PLC, in conjuntion with Rio Tinto plc, offers a corporate nominee service for private individuals.
The service allows private individuals to hold, purchase and sell Rio Tinto plc shares electronically as an alternative to holding shares in their own names.
As the shares are held electronically there is no need to hold a share certificate and shares can be purchased or sold easily.
