What we offer

Our graduate programme aims to develop future management and technical leaders. We do this by providing a fantastic range of experiences, as well as formal learning and development initiatives. We have what it takes to give you an amazing career. You can make it happen.

Graduate Development Programme

You've worked hard to get your degree. Now you want to get your career on track. We understand your need to succeed, and to help you achieve this we offer a two-year structured Graduate Development Programme, which will grow and strengthen your technical and commercial skills. And because you'll be part of one of the world's largest mining and metals companies, there's tremendous scope to move around and explore new areas and options.

Right from the start, we'll give you real work, and treat you like the professional you are. You'll be given a development plan, technical training, and on and off-the-job development. You'll learn from experienced peers, and enjoy exposure to tremendous opportunities and global expertise. In your second year, you'll also be given an experienced mentor who will help you to reach your true potential.

On top of all this, you'll receive continuous coaching and development, be paid to up-skill, and be part of extended training opportunities that will enable you to build networks and share experiences that impact and enhance your entire career.

We only seek the best. And once we've found you, we work hard to keep you. The programme runs for two years - during this time you won't be stuck in one spot; there will be the opportunity to move around and if a suitable promotion opportunity comes up, we'll encourage you to take it.
