Lost time injury (LTI) is an occupational injury that results in at least one day away from work (lost work day injury) or, as a result of the injury an employee or contractor is reassigned, works less than full time, or cannot perform all the duties of their permanently assigned job (restricted work day injury).
Lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) is the number of LTI's per 200,000 hours worked.
All injuries is the sum of fatalities, lost time injuries and medical treatment injuries.
All injury frequency rate (AIFR) is the total of all injuries per 200,000 hours worked and excludes occupational health cases.

The sum of fatal injuries, lost time injuries (excluding illnesses) and medical treatment cases (excluding illnesses)
