Rio Tinto Procurement is a dynamic and professional procurement organisation, set up to meet the needs of Rio Tinto's business units. We source and enter into contractual relationships over a large range of goods and services, specialising in mining-specific categories. We source electronically as much as possible via auction and RFx, and transact using the Quadrem electronic marketplace.

No public announcements to be made by suppliers

In accordance with our standard contractual provisions, Rio Tinto suppliers or potential suppliers are not permitted to use Rio Tinto's name or logo or to make any public announcements or disclosures in relation to their dealings with Rio Tinto without the company's prior written consent. Should approval be given for a public announcement or media release, the wording and manner of publication must also be approved in writing by Rio Tinto.
